Regarding John Sinkowski's (a.k.a. Janmastami das) "scoop" on the alleged "cover-up" of the New Vrindavan murders, I wish to shed some small shower of sanity on this strange firestorm of slander. That such a vindictive deluded person has been allowed to garner so much attention for such a spurious tale of woe speaks sadly of our mixed sangha of bees turned crows.
As a self-styled protagonist in the strange days of the Kirtanananda cult, Mr. Sinkowski stands as a self-fulfilling prophecy of that dark saga; the rampant insanity that infected that fallen pseudo-leader now attempts to be resurrected in his wild rantings of excavating the lost skeletons of the dark cult's worst excesses.
He would have us obsessively sifting through the ashes of his tormented mind-set to help him bury those he accuses into the graves of his poisoned agenda. By what measure of actual truth are we to allow him to impudently expand such an absurd sinister tale and thus murder the character of such a genuine good soul as Radhanath Maharaj? We should no longer waste our precious energy in such pointless ghost hunts and morbid histories of warped power-trips. Otherwise, we will let the crows' frightened shrieks drown out our sangha's true business of expanding the uplifting sound of reality.
