Dear Devotees,

Please accept my most humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada.

The GBC will be available for all ISKCON devotees by scheduling an Open Door Day. The Open Door day will be in Sri Mayapura Dhama during the Annual GBC Meetings on Tuesday, February 13th from 10.00am until 12.15pm in the GBC room on the top of the Conch building.

Any devotee who wants to

• present a topic;
• put a proposal to the GBC (for future consideration);
• ask a question to the body or any member;

may come at 10 am and, when their time comes they can address the GBC body, on the condition that they hand in the topic of their presentation to Lilasuka Dasa, the Secretary of the GBC EC Secretary, at latest on Saturday 9th of February.

There is no restriction as far as the subjects one wishes to present but devotees must maintain vaisnava etiquette while presenting their issue of concern.

Each presenter will have 5 minutes.
