Today's letter from Tirtha Swami, written on February 20, 1994, is comprised of a 16-page document which represents the draft manifesto Tirtha had hoped to publish as a book. Today we publish the first three pages, using a convenient cut-off point on page three. In the actual letter, this page continues with a "Statement of Resolution" that Tirtha Swami wrote after not receiving a reply from Kirtanananda to the portion of his letter shown below.
