In Tirtha's recent letter he speaks of two phases of "surveillance" on Sulochan prior to him being murdered. One of the surveillance periods Tirtha claims was "authorized" by the police, but he states that a second surveillance conducted by him was illegal and not authorized by the police. The first surveillance period was described by him as follows:

"At that juncture a legitimate, legal surveillance was initiated at the suggestion of the Marshall County Sheriff's Department under Sheriff Donald Bordenkircher. It was done with their authorization and assistance.

Tirtha then states that at some point, Sulochan returned to West Virginia , and was arrested by the Sheriff's department, thereby ending the period of "authorized" surveillance on Sulochan by Tirtha:

"As it happened, Sulocana was eventually arrested in West Virginia and sentenced to one year in jail for carrying a concealed, unlicensed weapon. With Sulocana locked up he no longer posed a threat to NV, and the entire matter was defused."

While Sulocana was locked up in prison, the police confiscated Sulochan's diary, which was later used to illegally stalk him and track him up to the murder scene by Tirtha. Tirtha explains this illegal stalking as follows:

Months later when Sulocana was released from jail, a second unauthorized surveillance was begun by myself, Randall Gorby, and persons from the LA temple.

The surveillances in Detroit and California were initiated after the Sheriff's Department shared certain portions of Sulocana's personal diary wherein numerous addresses were written."

Now the obvious discrepancy here is that Tirtha claims no one from New Vrindavan was involved in the illegal second phase stalking of Tirtha, but Sulochan's diary was only in the possession of New Vrindavan authorities after the legal surveillance period had ended (with Sulochan in prison). Since the second phase stalking was illegal, and since the diary was illegally provided to Tirtha by a New Vrindavan leader, it is obvious New Vrindavan leaders were involved in this illegal activity.

My question to Tirtha is this:

Who was the New Vrindavan leader who gave you Sulochan's diary, so that you could illegally carry out the second phase stalking and murder Sulochan?

Since you admit this second phase was illegal, obviously anyone who provided you with names and addresses to use in this illegal stalking did so as a conspirator. Since the diary had been seized after the first legal surveillance had been completed, you cannot claim that you legally received this document. Perhaps New Vrindavan legally received the document, but how did you get it? New Vrindavan leaders delivering this document to you is proof of their illegal involvement in this conspiracy. What would be the reason that they would give you Sulochan's diary? In New Vrindavan you were a bus driver and a hitman (sent to kill neighbor Richard Rose, sent to kill Attorney David Gold, sent to kill Chakradhari, sent to kill Marshall County Assessor Alfred Clark – all before the Sulochan murder). What would be the reason a New Vrindavan leader would have given you Sulochan's personal diary? Was it so that you could go meet him and drive him around in a bus? Or was it so that you could whack him like you were sent to whack all the other people mentioned above? Anyone with even the tiniest brain can figure out that you were given that address list to kill Sulochan. There were only two jobs for Tirtha in New Vrindavan, driving a bus and whacking people.

You say it wasn't Radhanatha Swami who was the conspirator, so who was it that gave you the copy of Sulochan's diary? We don't need vague statements like "someone gave", tell us the names of the criminals involved. Your statements are already known from your court testimony, so there is no point in trying to hide your past statements from the readers. Think it through and make sure your answer is consistent with what you just wrote in your letter as well as with what you said in your court testimony, because you will be called on your attempt to cover the truth.

Elsewhere in your letter you speak of the transfer of the blood money to you from the New Vrindavan leaders. As has been established in court through recorded FBI wire taps, you were supposed to be paid $80,000 US dollars for killing Sulochan. When the time came to pay, they dragged on for a long time, not even giving you money to flee the country. Finally you were given just $4,000 as payment to flee the country. You state:

"In the time immediately after Sulocana's death, several persons were knowingly and unknowingly engaged in the transfer of several sums of money. It is important to note that Radhanath Swami and Umapati Swami, played no role in furtherance of any events connected to any criminal activity."

Why do you state "several persons" without mentioning their names? Why don't you just state it like it is stated in the Kirtanananda indictment: that Radhanatha Swami (Richard Slavin) was the one who delivered the blood money. Radhanatha Swami was involved in paying you for murdering another vaishnava. Is it a coincidence that you first use the ambiguous phrase that "several persons" had delivered the blood money "unknowingly", and then you immediately state that Radhanatha Swami was not involved in any criminal activities? Why would you do that unless it was a fact that Radhanatha Swami was the unnamed person involved in delivering the blood money?

You pretend that Radhanatha Swami delivered $4,000 cash unknowingly, but what would he think it was for? He knew Sulochan had just been murdered days before, and he also knew that you were in Ohio hiding out at his preaching center. He was fully aware that there was a plan for him to flee to India, Tapahpunja to flee to Malaysia, and you to also flee to India. Was he such an idiot that he couldn't figure out what $4,000 cash was going to be used for? Or was it a daily occurrence for him to deliver bundles of $4,000 cash to people, so that he naturally wouldn't wonder what it was going to be used for? Perhaps he regularly used to distribute bundles of cash just days after any devotee had been murdered, so it didn't raise an alarm in his mind.

Radhanatha Swami, as well as everyone else at New Vrindavan, knew you had killed people in the past. And Radhanatha Swami knew you had been engaged in what you refer to as the "authorized" stalking of Sulochan. Was he such a fool that he couldn't put 2 and 2 together once Sulochan was murdered and figure out it was you?

In all of your statements you have been very deceptive. For example, rather than honestly stating that Radhanatha Swami had been involved, perhaps "unknowingly", in delivering the blood money, you instead refer to several "unnamed" people having delivered the money. Does it sound like you are trying to present the "complete truth" for all of the devotees to judge? How can you present the truth while leaving out anything that might look incriminating?

In summary, you assume we are all idiots who can't figure out a thing unless you feed us "your version" of it. You further claim that Radhanatha Swami is completely innocent because the police did not convict him of a crime. But simply not being convicted of a crime does not make one innocent. In a previous article I have already provided a list of dead bodies related to New Vrindavan murders where no one has been convicted for those crimes. Does it mean that no crime was committed and everyone is innocent?
